PRICING AND PAYMENTS
- All prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, and promotions without prior notice.
- Payment for products must be made in full before we process your order. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.
- Additionally, we do offer cash on delivery payment. You can pay in cash if the amount is less than 10,000 QAR. If it’s not, then the remaining amount shall be paid by card.
- When the customer places an order, once it’s confirmed and the delivery is scheduled, the customer should be in touch with the Vendor within 5 days.
- If the customer fails to reply to the Vendor or collect the item then the item will belong to the Vendor, and the money will be refunded if the customer paid online. Additionally, if this is a repetitive pattern, the customer will be banned from using our services in the future.
- If the customer wishes to pay cash on delivery or card on delivery and fails to reply to the vendor within 3 days after their order is ready for delivery, then the item will belong to the Vendor, the order will be cancelled, and we’ll reserve the right to ban the customer from using our services in the future.

VENDOR LIABILITY
Badnava provides a platform for vendors to showcase and sell their jewelry products. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of the products listed on Badnava, we do not directly manufacture or control these products. As such, vendors are solely responsible for the design, production, quality, and safety of the products they offer. Badnava shall not be liable for any defects, damages, or issues related to products purchased from vendors through our platform. Customers are encouraged to review the product pages carefully and the vendor's individual terms and policies before making a purchase. In the case of disputes, customers are encouraged to contact us so Badnava can solve the issues between the customer and the vendor. Finally, all the vendors will follow our rules regarding Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange. Although we are not liable for any defective or damaged items since we do not do the delivery, Badnava will be acting as a mediator to solve any dispute.
COMPENSATION FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If a customer receives a product with manufacturing defects or damages, Badnava is committed to addressing the issue promptly. Customers should notify us within 1 day of receiving the defective item and provide relevant details, including photographs, to support the claim. The vendor reserves the right to assess the reported defects and determine the course of action needed. Usually, the vendor will try and fix it first, if it’s not fixable, then the vendor will replace the item, and in the case where there’s no replacement, then a refund will take place. Please refer to our Delivery and Return Policy for further details on the compensation process.
PRICING POLICY
At Badnava, we are committed to offering our customers transparent and consistent pricing for the jewelry items listed on our platform. The prices displayed on Badnava are determined in collaboration with our vendors and reflect the agreed-upon value of the products. These prices will remain the same whether customers purchase the items directly from our platform or from the vendors' own websites. We are pleased to inform our customers that there are no additional taxes within Qatar, and the displayed prices are inclusive of all applicable charges. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information; however, we reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections in the event of any errors or inaccuracies. It's important to note that prices are subject to change, and customers are encouraged to review the product description, details, and pricing information at the time of purchase.
